JAGCO- Yoga

Jacqui started her yoga journey in 2003 and has found solace on her mat ever since. She believes finding physical movement and time to focus on the self is essential to have balance. As a graduate of the Colorado School of Yoga she looks forward to helping others find balance, strength, and ability in their bodies and minds. Integration of all of these components are when we feel most whole and balanced, and the goal of her teaching is to not only maintain this feeling throughout the session, but off the mat as well.

Mindfulness

The new environment of learning and leading can be stressful. Instead of feeling fatigued, overwhelmed or fidgety, tap into wellness and mindfulness with some strategies for perspective and giving yourself a re-set.
