Yoga is so much more than what happens on a mat. Through my practice I have developed a passion for the ‘why’ behind why yoga and mindfulness work. The new environment of learning and leading can be stressful. Instead of feeling fatigued, overwhelmed or fidgety, let me help with wellness and mindfulness with some strategies for perspective and giving yourself a re-set. I started my mindfulness journey in 2003, and I believe finding physical movement and time to focus on the self is essential to have balance. Helping others find balance, strength, and ability is my teaching path. Success in anything can be found through wellness and perspective.

Desk Yoga

No need for yoga pants - cooperate mindfulness and yoga has the options of desk yoga. This is a great addition to a mindfulness presentation as it allows for a physical reset in addition to the mental component that is perfect for all bodies and brains.
